Towards the Within
I'm not sure how to describe this novel except that it is beautiful in so many ways! It also became fearful to me in ways I could not relate as my upbringing was basically happy. India seems like a frustrating country until you realize your control of so much is so limited which is something we all must try to learn early on no matter where we're from. I'm very pleased I read this novel. I hope I remember to keep my mind more open since I feel this book taught me how important it is. Both good and bad! I wasn't sure it was a book I would enjoy but I couldn't put it down. Don't miss this wonderful read. With an ending so unexpected I basically gasped. The protagonist kind of became my hero! I loved it!

Towards the Within
Sometimes the further you distance yourself,
the closer you are to the truth.
What starts out as a simple trip around India soon becomes a psychological journey into the darkness of Sam’s past. One he knows there's no running from.
When Sam decides to give up his mundane life and travel to India he has no idea what he’ll do when he gets there and it isn’t long before his lack of preparation takes its toll.
About Reece Willis
Reece's journey into literature began at an early age. His imagination was lost to the travels of Rudyard Kipling, the adventures of Mark Twain and nail-biting prose of HP Lovecraft. He was rarely seen without his head buried deep within the pages of a book. By the age of 11 he discovered Roald Dahl and CS Lewis's land of Narnia and commenced the long running series of Fighting Fantasy and Lone Wolf novels, whilst his late teens took him into the dark corridors of Stephen King, Clive Barker and Dean Koontz.
In the nineties he wrote copy for a world renowned holiday corporation and later went on to study writing and photography with the Morris College of Journalism. At the end of 1999 he started his own travel company and by 2014 he sold the business to pursue the writing of Towards the Within.
Reece has travelled extensively throughout Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe and the Middle East. He currently resides in England where he is working on his third novel.
